Salton Sea is a unique location in California, near the Mexican border. The characteristics of this salt lake make it a unique place to produce geothermal energy, which harnesses the planet's heat. Salton Sea can be played alone or with up to four players, with games lasting approximately two hours. During the game, players must manage their geothermal lithium mining businesses to earn the most points. Extracting this material and processing it will be the driving force behind your businesses.

On your turn, place one of your four engineers on one of the available spaces to perform an action. It's up to you to manage the engineers at each stage of the game to get the most out of your business. However, there's no single path to success. The game will reward you for depleted land, completed contracts, short-term goals, business development, or research progress.
