Pre-order Policy

  • Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • All items on the pre-order invoice must be available for us to complete the order.
  • When all items in the order are available, shipping will be done automatically to the address indicated on the invoice.
  • Pre-orders will be distributed in the chronological order in which orders were placed (first come, first served)
  • If the pre-ordered item increases in price, the customer will not be charged for the increase. (Except exceptions linked to major pricing errors)
  • If the pre-ordered item is less expensive when released than the pre-order price, the customer will be refunded the difference on a gift card.
  • If it is impossible for us to complete a pre-order upon release, the customer will be notified by email (to the email indicated in the order) and they will be refunded in the same way as they paid. If several items are on his order, he will have the option to remove the missing product from his invoice and will have to pay delivery costs if applicable.
  • Pre-orders can be canceled by the customer at any time, an administrative fee of 10% will be charged if the cancellation is made more than 30 days after the order. In the event that a pre-order is too old to be refunded in the same manner as the original payment, a gift card will be issued.
  • No pre-order items will be shipped before the scheduled release date, if there is one.
  • If any information on the invoice requires a change, we must be notified by email at [email protected]. This may cause delays in preparing the order.
