These terms and conditions apply to all sales made through the jeuxjubes.com website or through Jeuxjubes Inc. customer service.

1. Purchasing policy

All games in stock are shipped the day of purchase or the next business day.

If you would like to obtain a game that is not on our website, please contact us by e-mail!

2. Shipping policy

Shipping costs are $9.99 anywhere in Quebec and are free for orders over $75. In the rest of Canada, delivery costs are $14.99 and are free for orders over $125.

When you choose free in-store pickup, the product will be reserved at the Sainte-Thérèse or. Saint-Jérôme branch on the business day following the date of purchase or when you receive an e-mail notification.

We do not ship outside Canada at this time. However, you can contact us for any special requests.

Your games are shipped by either Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Purolator, Canpar or GLS the day of purchase or the next business day.

Delivery times for Quebec are 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.

We do not guarantee delivery times, but the above estimate is accurate in the vast majority of cases.


3. Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on games still in their packaging within 14 days of purchase (the shipping date being proof). We will refund the full amount of the game, including taxes but excluding shipping costs.

We accept in-store returns. Any game returned in this way must be accompanied by its invoice (confirmation e-mail). Returns will be handled on-site by a manager or supervisor.

For defective products, please contact us and we will advise on the best course of action.

 

4. Security and privacy policy

Transactions on our site are secure.

We need to know your name, address, e-mail address, credit card number and expiry date simply to process your order and contact you if necessary.

Information transmitted on our Web site is neither sold nor rented to third parties.

 

5. Data collection and use policy

The main purpose of our data collection is to ensure that we provide you with the best possible service. We use the data provided to us to create and update your account, to maintain and improve our service and to provide customer care.
