Poum Poum Crunch! (French)

In the game Poum Poum Crounch, the goal is simple: collect as many mushrooms as possible. But things never go quite as planned—especially when a bear enters the scene!

Each round begins with the famous chant performed in unison: "POUM, POUM, CROUNCH!" while banging fists on the table in rhythm. On the "CROUNCH" beat, all players secretly hold up zero, one, or two thumbs. The total number of thumbs determines who gets the card dispenser for the current round.

The chosen player then reveals the cards one by one: mushrooms (worth 1, 2, or 3 points), +1 cards that let you immediately draw another... or, worst of all, a Bear card. As soon as a third Bear card appears, one player instantly transforms into the bear! That’s when things really heat up.

The bear sprints to grab a spoon placed some distance away, while the other players frantically roll their Mushroom dice to snag as many visible cards as possible. Each "Mushroom" result allows a player to grab a card and add it to their stash. But watch out: the moment the bear returns with the spoon, they sweep up all the cards still left on the table!

Suitable for ages 6 and up, Poum Poum Crounch is a lively party game that blends speed, risk-taking, and boundless energy. With its unique components—dice, wooden spoons, and a "Forest" card dispenser—it offers a dynamic, hilarious experience full of unexpected twists.
