These two companies have unique characteristics that significantly distinguish them from standard companies, both in terms of gameplay mechanics and components.

The Japanese company uses bases and embankments inspired by earth dams: on the one hand, the embankments can be used as bases, greatly increasing the number of dams that can be built; on the other hand, these dams will be limited in height and therefore in capacity. Finally, the machines used for the embankments are excavators rather than concrete mixers.

The Brazilian company specializes in versatility: bases, embankments, and conduits can be built in any order from its board, with a wider choice of power levels and bonus types; however, the elements associated with more powerful bonuses will result in the permanent loss of one or more machines.

Both companies unlock a special ability when they build their third power plant.
