Recruit unique heroes, based on your morality level, to improve your hand of cards throughout the game. Gain the advantage to outpace your opponents in the race for power.

Everyone plays a card at the same time against their neighbor to their left AND right. Then compare the effects of the cards. Be sure to control the resolution tempo to protect your loot and steal that of others. Throughout the game, you can also recruit new VIPs to benefit from even more powerful effects.
