This is the eighth title in the Dominion series. The Dark Ages adds 35 new Kingdom cards, including new cards to harm your opponents (the Ruins cards) and cards to replace starting domains (the Refuge cards).

At the heart of this extension, new mechanisms: transforming a card into another, discarding cards to trigger different effects and recovering previously discarded cards.
